JPEGX is an interface to public smart contracts. It does not hold accounts and never takes custody of assets. Wallet addresses and transactions you submit are public blockchain data, not information this site collects about you.

A fuller policy is not published yet. What is written above is accurate as it stands: this site holds no accounts and stores nothing about you beyond what you put on a public chain yourself.
